Surfactant Specialities
We manufacture, supply and export surfactant. Surfactant is a substance
that, when dissolved in water, gives a product the ability to remove dirt
from surfaces such as the human skin, textiles, and other solids. The lower
surface tension of the water makes it easier to lift dirt, oil stains and
greases off dirty dishes, clothes and other surfaces, and help to keep them
suspended in the dirty water.
Surfactant are economically soluble in both organic solvents and water.
They play an important role in many practical applications and products,
including :
- Detergents
- Fabric Softener
- Emulsifiers Paints
- Adhesives
- Inks
- Alveoli
- Wetting
- Ski Wax
- Snowboard
- Wax Foaming
|
- Defoaming
- Laxatives
- Agrochemical Formulations
- Herbicides
- Insecticides
- Quantum Dot Coating
- Biocides (Sanitizers)
- Hair Conditioners (After Shampoo)
- Spermicide (Nonoxynol 9)

Metalworking
Fluids (M.W.F)
Metalworking fluid (MWF) is the name given to range of oils and other
liquids that are used to cool or lubricate metal workpieces, remove fines
and swarf from machine tools, dies and workpiece.
MWF are used in manufacturing and engineering communities. In the
engineering materials they opitimise the processes of metal deformation and
metal removal or cutting. It is used for drawing, rolling and stamping
processes. They fall somewhere between soluble oils and chemical products.
Usually, MWF are easier to maintain than soluble oils. Also, they reduce the
heat and friction between the cutting tool and the workpiece.
